When to expect a reply
We are a small nonprofit team, so replies usually take a few business days. If something is stopping you getting on the water safely, say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.
For anything urgent on the water, contact the US Coast Guard on VHF channel 16 or call 911. We are not an emergency service.
